Olimpia Cooking School dedicates a special lesson to art of making an authentic Neapolitan Pizza.
Our Cooking School is open from the 2000 and the pizza class was the first of Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.
Our Students are the guests that spend their holiday in Positano, Amalfi or Sorrento sometime we have guests also from Ravello and Pompeii
Pizza is the icon of the Italy and especially Naples, infact here Pizza Margherita was created in 1889 by the Neapolitan Pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker) Raffaele Esposito in honor of Margherita of Savoy, the queen of Italy, who was visiting the city
Today, Pizza can also be considered part of the Mediterranean Diet using fresh and good quality ingredients to make it.
Our Guests will have the possibility to learn the secrets of a perfect pizza from an Pizzamaker. When they will be at home, we can assure that will be easy to follow our instructions and recreate the pizza making in their own home.
Pizzaiolo will start the class from the most important part: making the dough. After the Guests will have the chance to create their very own pizza, they’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, slice it.
It will be the best pizza they ever tasted, and made it theirself!
Class duration consists of 2 hours plus time for meal.
